When I was a teenager growing up on our vegetable farm, my father raised turkeys for Thanksgiving as a sideline. Our regular weekly customers would drop by to buy some veggies from me since I ran our roadside vegetable stand and about a month before Thanksgiving, they would pre-order a turkey from us.
A few days before Thanksgiving arrived, they'd stop in to pick out a turkey from the flock as about 3 dozen birds could be seen running around a large indoor pen and the customer would point at the turkey they wanted through the fence as I'd stand inside the pen and try to figure out which turkey they were pointing at!
My job was to chase around the pen and with nimble legs and quick actions, eventually capturing the turkey of choice and escorting it to our awaiting customer!

@AngelUnforgiven My late ex fiancee loved turkey and would have me roast a breast at least once a month, they can come without legs, thighs and wings, just the breasts.
