No, don't allow someone to run you off. Call her/him out out on their behavior loudly and in front of people. Embarrass them. Make them want to quit.

Can you just be bitchy to her? Call her out on it and ask her what her problem is. As long as she's not your supervisor or the office sweetheart, it shouldn't be an issue.

Coworkers are nosey sometimes- especially if they like to kiss the bosses ass and tell on other coworkers who answer texts or etc during down time at work.
