Any dos and don'ts for skinny dipping?

Yeah, shallow water on a sunny day can cause sunburns in areas you don't want sunburns.

The only problem I ever had was in a river I was unfamiliar with, not being a strong swimmer I quite literally 'got in over my head' and having taken the privacy precautions, almost drown with little chance of help.
Other than that, I have always enjoyed a bare dip.

Have someone you trust watch your clothes. Go somewhere where it's allowed if there is such a place. Only go with people you are comfortable seeing you naked and people you don't mind seeing naked.

If you choose to lie in the sun and dry off, don't fall asleep like I did.
