@ZenLioness: We live with it daily, don't we, until suddenly we think of something we'd love to tell them or a joyful memory reminds us of what we've lost, and the ache starts up again.

@Serenitree: yes. I like to tell myself my brother, and my Dad hear me when I talk to them, and they know. It helps a little.

@ZenLioness: I have never stopped talking to my parents or my two friends who died. Do they hear me? I don't know, but it comforts me, so I don't stop.
