Lost my car keys

Then I woke up car was gone
Freaked out
Rant the police reported it stolen gave a statement
They put out an alert
Rang my insurance reported it. Cried with the insurance lady about the excess payment.

Knocked on neighbours doors to politely and kindly ask if they saw anything on their ccctv they said they would have a look get back to me.

Rang my friends family crying

Then at 1pm my cousin rings me

And says

You numpty you parked it round the corner last night


The embarrassment calling the police and insurers 🤣


The neighbours checked their cctv
Watched me get into the car and park it round corner.

Cousin also said I’d left me keys in her car so very emotional day.
