Does anybody else need to look at bright light

I've never had that work.

I tap the bridge of my nose with my finger and that works. If you are squinting and looking at light your kinda doing same thing but more subtle

I find sometimes it helps in the past. Haven't needed to in recent years.

That works for me and sometimes just looking up will do it.
