Maintenance discipline

If you need discipline is not for me to say but I wonder what makes you believe that adults (defined as people who has reached a certain age) do not or cannot need discipline?

I realise that you are an adult but repeating this information does not answer my question.
I could of course rephrase my question and ask, what makes you believe that only kids and no adults need discipline? But instead of doing that I will just notice that you probably not are adult enough to discuss the opinions you express here.

@pinkrainbowkisses: That is true; you do not owe anybody an explanation. The problem is just that this forum becomes meaningless if we all and all the time just express our personal opinions but never explain, substantiate, give reason for and discuss them.
It is from not just exchaninging opinions but also discussing them that we all can learn.

@rv101010 Obedience and submissivity comes naturally with cheerful obedience at any age. But i doubt that submissivity can be enforced with maintenance discipline.
