What was the most embarrassing moment of your life?

I pissed myself on a plane next to a work colleague. The flight was delayed hours so I was drinking in the lounge. I couldn't find a toilet anywhere along the way to the gate, the one time there was one I knew I'd have to use a urinal next to him which I wasn't comfortable with, not least because I needed to fart. Then we were crammed tight on the plane and I didn't want to bother him by getting up.
I thought I could make it till disembarking but the approach took forever with the seatbelt sign on. Finally after pure hell of retention, as I felt the urine involuntary seeping out I had to quickly get up and spent the landing sitting down on the toilet at the stewardesses instruction. Fuck. To his credit he never mentioned it again, at least to me.
