Question: What exactly is wrong with this setup?

Where do I begin.

The bed is not centered between the two windows.
You have a nightstand on one side and a three drawer cabinet on the other.
You have no curtains (which is fine) but you have curtain rod holders up,
The certificate frame should be a tad bit higher
The comforter isn't even on the bed.
and...just personal taste, but the black pillow cases and blanket are a bit bleak. If you have catrs and dogs, that could be a nightmare

I prefer not to have the head side of the bed towards the windows like that. Personally I would"ve put it sideways.
