What's an embarrasing story from your professional life?

The story doesn't translate well from norwegian to english, but back when I worked in a kiosk, I once offered a customer sex instead of the reciept 🙈

Years ago I was called to give a talk to a bunch of new employees at the corporate office complex. It was a new thing the company was trying - the CEO's idea for seasoned management to talk to new recruits. Anyway, I was to meet the CEO just inside the main office building, and never having been there before, I walked up the walkway and saw him standing there waiting. I hurried forward and walked right into a large glass door nearly knocking myself unconscious. Never did live that one down.
