What's an embarrasing story from your professional life?

The story doesn't translate well from norwegian to english, but back when I worked in a kiosk, I once offered a customer sex instead of the reciept 🙈

I got to execute a joke on a co-worker.
I worked in a bay that had tools and she came and asked for a screwdriver 😃
I said certainly but I'm not a driver. I think she almost collapsed laughing, wouldn't dare do it today, or would I?
