What's an embarrasing story from your professional life?

The story doesn't translate well from norwegian to english, but back when I worked in a kiosk, I once offered a customer sex instead of the reciept 🙈

I was instant messaging my female boss and instead of typing "just a sec", I typed "just a sex" and then when I tried to correct myself I typed sex again. Each time I tried to correct myself I said sex. I happened like 6 times. Freudian slip? lol
