Before Covid, I was getting job interviews left and right. Now, I'm lucky if I eveb get noticed. What the hell happened?

Only thing that comes to mind is the many people who lost employment during the shut down. This created a larger pool of applicants for employers to select from. Keep pushing. There's something out there for you.

Companies downsized due to loss of profits. In our company, I’d receive anywhere between 50-100 applications for an open position prior to Covid. Job I posted recently I received 380-400 applicants.

Not knowing what industry your in I couldnt say. Folks have been trying to head hunt me super aggressive post pandemic.

I applied to one that was for only 3 months...
