Do you have any crazy neighbors?

My upstairs neighbors are crazy as hell, always yelling and cheering and running around...lol.

Thankfully, no!!! But when I lived in an apartment, our downstairs neighbors would get drunk and fight with each other in the parking lot. Classy.
