Do you have any crazy neighbors?

My upstairs neighbors are crazy as hell, always yelling and cheering and running around...lol.

Remind me to record the chap yelling at his mom that he wants food. That's my neighbor lol and he's about 16-17.

You could hear him from the ground floor and I live on the 3rd floor lol.
