Do you have any crazy neighbors?

My upstairs neighbors are crazy as hell, always yelling and cheering and running around...lol.

Mostly my neighbors are good, but there is one whom seems to average two cuss words per sentence...

I think he thinks it's cool, but it's just overkill.

Also another with a security dog, whom doesn't know when to trust outsiders. And has wrongly bitten someone.
