I think you should eat baked or rotisserie chicken with vegetables every day, 3 balanced meals. Have whole wheat bread, two slices, for breakfast and maybe two eggs, boiled or fried (not too much butter please) and for Lunch you could have a salad with grilled chicken or a soup, and for dinner, the rotisserie chicken or baked chicken and vegetables would be great for a balanced diet! Pay heed to serving size! Have kfc once a month or so...it鈥檒l only lead to clogged arteries and heart attacks. I鈥檓 already trying to lose weight and it was very hard without MEDICAL HELP, due to my situation at home, because my foster mother鈥檚 boyfriend drugs me with steroids, but anyway, try to follow these steps and you鈥檒l be healthier! And don鈥檛 forget to keep moving! You look pretty slim by your profile pic!?
