I don’t like it, homemade chicken is much better if you use fresh oil every time. Any cooking oils that are reused will cause free-radical damage to DNA in the body’s cells, causing the double-helix to start unraveling. I learned this from a microbiologist and a chemist who told me that used oils are unhealthy.
