So I know that it means he's a dog who is trained to sniff out explosives but I can't help but think of the USSR's use of "suicide dogs" during the Second World War.

@BlueMetalChick didnt they also have trained penguins to trigger sea mines ?

@SquirrelGirl They tried to do that but they never were able to get enough penguins for it to be a real thing.
