Those of you here who hide your age...how old are you?

@SunKiss3d cuz when SW opened i was one of the only teenagers and it was hard to be taken seriously

@SunKiss3d because people can try to judge you for it for stupid reasons, give them less to judge.

@SunKiss3d Well you see, most adults here block teenagers. Some of them may not have any friends and just want someone to talk to. That's how it was for me at that age.

@SunKiss3d The other side of the coin for me. I’m among the older posters and when I used to post my age it was an easy attack point when someone younger disagreed with my opinions. I’m [b]not[/b] trying to date anyone, and I’m not lying about it, if asked I have no problem telling anyone. And I’m not ashamed, I’ve outlived several of my rl friends. But people have conversations with [b]me[/b], the person, without focusing so much on my age.😊

@bijouxbroussard see that I understand... but the thought of teenagers being allowed to hide their age is weird and bothering. That's just my opinion though 😊 I completely see your side

@SunKiss3d And I understand your point. It troubles me that minors can hide their ages, because then the screening that the site has to protect them doesn’t work and predatory adults can gain access.

@bijouxbroussard you remember how it was right? I didnt really have a choice if i wanted to fit in with our small family its diff now than it used to be
