Why is my ex trying to connect again after so many years n they say women are confusing

@Rutterman he believes in keeping friends even after the break up thats how he was with his first ex. He knows I don't believe in it so why is he trying endless times. He knows I haven't replied to a single message ever since he left.

@Rutterman I have blocked him everywhere I could have,he was weak in technology so probably didn't notice but no reply from me for so long should have sent some message. He dated right after leaving so dont know from whom he needs to move on
