Ladies, have you ever had your skirt blown up by the wind ?

A couple of occasions and it was embarrassing both times.

What's so embarrassing about a jacket being blown up by the wind? If it's unzipped while it's windy of course it might get blown and it'll be cold but at least you're wearing layers underneath.
For a skirt, there are "hacks" as wearing a tight skirt (since it can't move much) and sewing pennies or smaller metal coins (like for car washing) on the hemline from the inside or simply wearing a skirt from a tougher material that won't move that easily.

I had a literal Marilyn Monroe moment 2 years prior walking over a grate that sent a gush of air up my skirt sending it to cover my abdomen instead of the intended space. I can say from experience it isn’t sexy or fun lol just a bit awkward
