@itsmemyra you could try inhaling, like brew some mint tea and then bend over the pot with a towel over your head. I'd try to keep my eyes open, that might help your wet eyes.

@itsmemyra and turn on the heater at night and get to bed with clothes on so you can sweat it out. And wash your hands whenever you've cleaned your nose.
