Whats the craziest thing youve eaten?

Some of the "potato" salad my sister gave me. She substituted sweet potatoes for the white potatoes and for an extra touch put cooked chopped cauliflower in it, some of the nastiest tasting food I've ever eaten....went to the trash can.
