What has irritated you today?
I just dropped quarter of a cookie in my tea....grrrrrr

I am watching my grandson while my daughter is out of town
normally he would go to his other grandpa's ,,but he was mouthy this week
He spoils him ,I don't
So far he has been on his best behavior
but most kids are around me ,,so nothing has made me mad today
but the other grandpa invited us to supper ,,he is lonely
My grandson has a tendency when he is around the other grandpa
to tell an adult who asks him to do something
"Pa is watching me " we will see if he tries that with me
He has called him in when I was watching him before and let him play when he was being punished for not listening and back talking (my daughter is the wicked step Mom )
I asked him where he was suppose to be and he got back to the task I had him on keeping him busy ,,Pa thought it was to hot for him to be outside with me
He got the message
I am curious as to if either of them try me tonight ,,I am only going to see
That is my grandsons problem ,,everyone shows him they will defend him if he ignores my daughter ,,she is not his Mom
Well his Mom abandoned him and my kid has taken on the roll she never wanted as a parent of kids that never had to mind ,,both of her kids will be grown when the youngest turns 18 in December ,,
Now she has a 12 yr old and a 15 yr old
The 15 yr old told us he is gifted and we have to earn his respect
Thats now changed ,he says I have more then earned his respect
but the 12 yr old hears daily from his Mom on the phone and "Pa" my daughter is not his Mom ,,,she abandoned them to go be with a man
So the night is not over ,,we will see if "Pa" tries me
I may end up embarrassing both of them if he tries
my daughter and I just bought a house together ,so I will now be there too
None of them try me ,,now its time Pa gets it too
She is not their Mom ,but she is the one stuck raising them ,they have to mind
She is to kind to stand up to him ,,I am not

@pennynoodles It was actually a good night
the man showed me respect ,our grandson was on his best behavior
and the food he made was good ,even if he did have to call my daughter to ask how to cook it ,,it was good
He and I talked about things that was long over due ,,
all went well ,,I am pleased
all day and I didn't get mad once
