How Do You Handle People You Don’t Like?

I make them not like me so much that I end up liking them for how much they entertain me with their pettiness.

Avoid tf out of them

with a club.

I tend to avoid them if I can, treat them with a reserved civility if I can’t.

I ignore them

I had an issue with a colleague last year and I treated her civilly.
Not too friendly. Just diplomatic enough so it didn't cause a bad vibe through our team.
But with others.. I stay the fook away!
