How did you relieve your anger productively?

Top | New | Old
I read this as "relive" at first. 😅
I use my anger as motivation to get more things done.
@boklenholley7 Yep, sounds like a good use for it

When I was a high school freshman, I had a particular classmate who had it in for me. One day, she was in the doorwell to our next mutual class. As I attempted to pass her, she deliberately raised her arm and knocked my books out of my arms across the hall. I retrieved them without a word, attempted to go in to class, and she did it again! I picked them up again, and tried one more time.

She swung her arm back for a third try - and this time, bending over my books, bit her hand - hard.

"Ow! You dumb dummy!" she yelled, and klopped me in the back of my head.

That ended the harassment - and it was worth a sore neck if I could finally
get into class.

Emotional control. When that wavers, immediate redirect. I no longer care to pay the penalties for harboring anger.
@GallantlyChurlish You see, that's where I want to be
