Drink lots of water and no foods after 6pm. Try to eat all your meals between 8am and 6pm. Fasting the rest of the time. Intermittent fasting !

It's far more about diet/what goes in your mouth than anything.
I know for a fact you can lose by strictly limiting food intake and yet not doing anything physically. But exercise is good for the body and mind.

Check with your doctor for clearance then try the INTERMITTENT FASTING which really works. Of course a good diet along with exercise is a must.

You need to eat 500 less calories than you require, so eat only 1500 a day, and exercise, you will lose 1-2lbs a week, you could lose this weight in 2-3 months👍

Big breakfast, small lunch and tiny dinner. Take at least 15-20 min walk per day. Limit snacks to fruit and veggies.

Only eat good fats, salads, steamed veggies without butter, lean meats, avoid sugar, too much salt, eat oatmeal with a banana, (not bacon, eggs and hash browns for breakfast), avoid butter, go for a 30 minute walk everyday and drink 8 glasses of water a day, avoid sugary drinks, cookies, pie, cake, candy, etc. Want a snack, eat raw veggies or fruit. You follow this plan and your 20 pounds will be history.

Feel happy is 20 lbs which on a bmi scale isn’t particularly unhealthy, eat healthy food and maybe try low carb track what you eat?
