Only eat good fats, salads, steamed veggies without butter, lean meats, avoid sugar, too much salt, eat oatmeal with a banana, (not bacon, eggs and hash browns for breakfast), avoid butter, go for a 30 minute walk everyday and drink 8 glasses of water a day, avoid sugary drinks, cookies, pie, cake, candy, etc. Want a snack, eat raw veggies or fruit. You follow this plan and your 20 pounds will be history.
