What's a sign that you are getting past your sell-by date?

I have started to lift my feet onto a dining room chair to tie my shoes.

I get my man-servant to put mine on for me..............

@pennynoodles Touch You ,,,not all of us worn out Vets can afford man servants ,,we can barely get the VA to treat us
They hand us a pair of non slip socks (so we won't slip on those highly waxed floor's and break a hip )

I guess if I played pitiful enough they would send a nurse to help me get them on ,,she would be pissed though
