Depends on the company. If they can or do pry into your usage then have a personal phone too. Ask co-workers, especially those in IT. When I worked as a consultant, I had a work phone paid for by the company but they never monitored anyone's usage or apps - I bought the phone myself and they just paid the bills. If they give you a phone and install something on it then get a personal phone as well.

You can get a cellphone with two sim card slots, which allows the phone to have two separate numbers. I have one, although I've never had need to take advantage of this feature.

@TanMiaoMiao Different phone have different capabilities. Different Android's may not work well with each other because they're so customizable. iPhones in general use the same programs and such. Plus FaceTime and calls (I think 馃) are free when both have an iPhone.
