Ever been tempted to shove something where it really isn't welcome?

Like a thermometer for example. What were you tempted to shove and where?

The snow that the idiot next door shoveled off the gangway that abuts the other side of the house. He piles it on that side of my house, and that I can take - until he shovels it so high it goes over the outer sill and up against my bedroom window. It gets AWFULLY cold in there like that. He did it last year, but it was only once. I figured it was a one-time thing. But this year, we had two blizzards into the new year, and the scene was repeated. I'd love to put that snow where the sun doesn't shine.

@MaryJanine WOW, he would have a blue ass!

Or frostbite, at the very least. Seriously - I can cope with him at the rest of the year, but when you need to pile on four blankets (no fooling) and your nose still breaths cold air, well...

@MaryJanine Ohhhhhhhhhh, poor you, I am sorry he does that/did that to you.

I had to online the rent today. I sent the landlord a separate note about the problem, and I'll let him take care of it. He doesn't live in the same building and he's probably not aware of it. Anyway, it's supposed to rain this weekend - if it does, maybe the snow will melt.

@MaryJanine I hope so and that idiot neighbour does not pile the snow up against your home.

That sounds very unreasonable. @MaryJanine

I think so, too. But it's an apartment house next door and I didn't SEE which one of them DID it, but I'm pretty certain it's the buddy of the guy who lives on the first floor above me. He's always over this way when the weather permits, and one day last summer they had a loud party in the back yard after 10:30, which is later than the lease specifies they can make noise. Finally, the lady on the top floor came down with the little dog she was babysitting. I heard the dog bark and heard her yell, "HEY!" They broke up shortly afterward, but it was the PRINCIPAL of the thing, you understand.
