It was designed as an insult to Serena and since she is both woman and African American it could easily be seen as both.

@GJOFJ3 it is in fact a caricature of a person who happens to be a woman and an African-American but in what way is it sexist or racist. when people make caricatures of Trump do we interpret it as prejudicial against white men? is any caricature of a woman sexist and of a African-American racist?
