For me once it was that I had an "accident". I was having stomach troubles that day but not bad enough to keep me home from work. I went in and was fine for most of the day (actually evening...I was a custodian). About a little over halfway through my shift I was working right along when it suddenly hit me. No warning, just hard and fast. Wouldn't you know it that I just happened to be on the opposite side of the building from the restrooms. I went as fast as I possibly could while at the same time trying to hold it. I got to the restroom door when it exploded.... I could no longer stop it and I didn't make it. To make matters worse I didn't know off hand exactly where my supervisor was and so had to go hunt her down. So basically I'm wandering all over the building with pants full of crap (luckily it wasn't coming out), and it was showing because it was soaking through my jeans. I finally found her but I had to tell her I needed to leave and explain why, do you know how embarrassing that was? She was understanding, even told me it had happened to her once too and gave me a couple of rags to place on my car seat for the drive home. I'll never forget that incident.
