It was a computer error and the main office is launching an investigation to fix the fault.
Turns out that the phone was delivered to the place I told the phone operator. Computer was meant to send me a message to say where it was. Funny how all the girls in the office we're really apologetic about it. I just kept saying it's okay and not their fault. Also really happy with how helpful they were with calling me and saying what happened ☺
