My brother told me he got a girl pregant what do I do

A couple of days ago my younger brother was in my room I asked him what he wanted. He said that he got this girl he met a party pregnant. I don’t know what to do

A lot depends on what she plans to do, but you might encourage him to let your family know what’s going on. Whoever is legally responsible for him. I just saw where you said your parents are no longer there.
