@MethDozer Short answer is an intense and persistent sexual arousal to non-living objects (think diapers, shoes, panties, ect.), including some body products (think pee) or body parts (think feet for example) that are objectified.

More so, in the clinical sense, it falls into the relm of needed crutch sexual arousal to non-sexual items and actions. It becomes obsessive and often negatively effects a persons social life and emotional states.
That's when the "fetish" becomes problematic an pathological issue.
Strictly speaking there's clear distinction between an arousal trigger and "kink" and a true fetish.

@Subsumedpat Aye, some clinicians also include actions of the sort. However we need to know what the OP's use of the word implies to answer him correctly.

@Subsumedpat absolutely... there is a psychological reason for this I'm absolutely sure... such is my searching on why im so... the intensity though is fueled by it being weird to the world...
