What was your most recent fail?

Phone was down to about 12%, plugged it into the charger, watched Xfiles and a crime documentary from my dvr, check the status, assuming I'd be nearly full charge. 24%. Plug fell out of the wall at some point when my big ass was stomping around the room. Oh well, I'll watch Knightfall.

I accidentally left my drivers license at home when driving to work one time. I didn't realize until I was far from home. Scariest day of my life, but I made it to school and back with no cops stopping me.
