Yes I’m ginger , pale , and have the complete coverage of freckles , but if I even spend 5 mins outset in any level of sun , the nose and cheeks get burnt , multiple applications of screen

It has happened to me, yeah. Never really badly when I have heavy sunscreen on, but have still ended up with minor burns.

Vinegar is your friend if you can get it on before the burn sets in, will dramatically reduce the severity of the burn. One of the major catalysts of sunburn is the destruction of acetic acid in your skin, which is what makes vinegar vinegar. So if you can directly replace it you can speed along healing considerably.

You need both sunscreen and a hat.

I was once sunburned and turned purple. People don't think Ebonoids can get sunburned lol

My wife, and two of the kids. So pale, they are translucent.

I am and also burn quite easily, that's why I stay out of the sun as much as possible.
