I can't stop worrying or stressing out about things. In under 5 mins this was my thought process.

"My sister is being set up for failure, we're failing her"

"I forgot to clean up my car, i need to clean my car"

"I have a coolant leak, i also need an alignment and who knows wtf else *tries to figure it out"

"This house is a mess right now, i'm going to clean a little bit"


"Idk where to put my waterpik, omg i need to organize" *starts throwing things away*


"I need to bring my coworkers things tomorrow....is this the right job for me? Am i good here, should i just try going back to school again?"

"Can i support my mom when she can no longer work"

"How am i going to help my brother with his homework when his math starts to get harder? I suck at math?"


"I need to buy more coolant, but for what? For it just to all leak out within a day again?"


"I got a lot of shit in that car..."


"I really need to redecorate this room"

make lists, great way to relieve those kinds of mental trafic and anxiety. make a list of tasks and problems to tackle then asign each one a number and start with no1.

I think you need meds
@MaliaAgain maybe. I take an anti-anxiety supplement in the morning. I guess it wore off
@Pressure I take ativan to help me deal with my terminal illness.
