I've broken fresh bottles of ketchup lol by just trying to open them. My mom used to get pissed at me as a kid. She'd be like I ain't buying glass bottles of ketchup anymore.

I used to do it often when I was going through a clumsy phase. I fished it out, put it on the side hoping when it dried it would go back to normal but it never did.

When my kid was like 5, she dropped the TP roll spring mechanism that holds it to the wall - in the toilet while it was flushing. Plumber couldn't recover it.

No, but accidently left a bottle of cooking oil not fully closed by a roll of absorbent towels. There went $1....

No, I've never done that. I'm very conscious of not dropping my phone into the toilet. Statistically, that's how most people lose their phone.
