What's one of your worst cooking fails?

Back when I was a senior in college, I tried to make some cookies one time that ended up being hockey pucks and completely inedible 🤭.

I burned scrambled eggs. I went to eat it cause I thought ya know bit of pan-sear should be okay but it was vile.
