This is why I always say, raw vegans need to be wholly excised from the vegan movement; they're anti-scientific and they're cancerous to human life, broadly. Furthermore, adopting a vegan diet for children w/o consulting an accredited dietitian -- or at least getting regular check-ups -- is wildly irresponsible even if it [i]hadn't been[/i] some wacky-ass blender concoction. This particular story should be taken with a grain of salt since it's from The Sun, but god knows there are people IRL who would totally do this kind of obnoxious shit.

Because suddenly religious and humanitarian issues get in the way.

@SW-User Most vegan families keep in touch with doctors and don't follow degenerate eating disorder diets like "fully raw" or "frugivore." Make no mistake, these parents' failing was not in any way caused by their moral convictions; they fully bought into dangerous pseudoscience about human health and forced it down the throats of innocent children.

@SW-User Babies and young children need a high degree of nutrients so I can't see how they can realistically thrive on a vegan diet. Also it seems that a lot of vegans, when they become one, have no idea what they're actually doing. They don't do the research on what foods they should eat to replace some of the nutrients they lose. I'm a vegetarian but would never be a vegan precisely because of the inconvenience of not being able to get protein through milk and cheese as easily. I have soy as well, but surprisingly a lot of vegans don't even know they should be consuming that if they're no longer having protein from other sources...it's like they think they can survive on a cucumber or something
I know it’s easy to pick up on the “vegan” aspect of the headline, but obviously there are mental health issues at play. Seems we need an “ah ha!” reason for everything when often it’s just someone mentally unstable in a position to hurt someone else, whether intentional or unintentionally.

Idiots. I had a guest from Sweden, a doctor no less, who is a Vegan. He had a Maine Coon Cat and fed him his own table scraps…the poor cat was being fed Vegan food and no animal protein. He also said he let the cat outdoors before he went to work and let him back inside when he got home. So the cat was hunting for protein. And eventually the cat got hit by a car and died. So much compassion for animals.

Because any time someone speaks out against things they know are wrong, especially things such as this that are protected they instantly get shut down and scrutinized by the community. I'm sure there was someone speaking out against it but was silenced by the masses. We're living in a world where criminal activity is no longer scrutinized and punished but is in fact swepted under the rug, re-narrated (can't think of the word I'm looking for) and then branded as heroism. Just like the George Floyd incident. A known criminal with a long rap sheet.
