Is this wrong of me?

Proverbs 14:31
‘Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.’

So, I give cash to the poor when I can. But. I always try to figure out if they're using first. I kind of feel like it's wrong of me.

I'm the exact opposite way a druggie needs that twenty way more than I do.

@Nevaeh0081 I've never done drugs, and I'd just waste the twenty on coffee and food anyways. Twenty dollars to a user is a safe day. I think depending on the drug habit because I really don't know how much drugs cost. I think people use drugs as recreation or they think it gives them some kind of an advantage mostly in the creativity field.

Drugs are unhealthy and it's dumb to use them, but I don't think drugs are bad. I think some bad people use drugs and use them as some kind of psychological reason as to why they do bad things.
