I had a dream

I once had a wound stitched up by a paramedic—she was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t take my eyes off her as she worked on my arm. That night, I dreamt of searching for her, wandering from block to block, unable to remember the name of the clinic. I woke up exhausted. Then, at 7 a.m., someone rang the bell. I opened the door—and there she was. I had left my test results behind, and they had my address. She happened to live nearby and was on her way to work, so she decided to drop them off. It was both scary and strangely delightful.
