Well, that last job interview was awkward...

My boss' son was interviewing for the position, with his dad interviewing him as well. Isn't that a conflict of interest? Maybe it isn't, since obviously there's no rule that says an employee's immediate family can't work under them or HR wouldn't have even granted him an interview. Idk, it was just a bit awkward for me. 😅

That's about as screwed up as it can get and still be an interview. What are you supposed to do, speak badly about how your boses son did? "Yeah, that kid seemed like a no skills oxygen thief". Umm hmm, says bossman.

@ineedadrink Lol! In all fairness, he did interview pretty well, so there's that. He actually worked here as a temp last month. He's a good worker for the most part. My only issue is he doesn't have the best temperament. Gets frustrated a little easy. But since that wasn't addressed at all in the interview, I can't include that. Again, in all fairness, lol.

@Ducky Personally, I'd prefer to not have my kid as an employee. They tend to yell back when yelled at and if you fire 'em, would make for an awkward Christmas dinner.
