@Bang5luts If her gums and teeth are sensitive, it might help her to have them cleaned (not avoid).

@perceptivei I know but that isn't funny..

@perceptivei I have a deadly allergy to pain and all feelings of the sort..

@Bang5luts Do you feel pain at the dentist?

@Bang5luts From getting your teeth cleaned or serious work?

@perceptivei I had a root canal when I was 22. They couldn't numb me.it was the most excruciating pain I have ever felt in my life. 2 weeks later while flossing my teeth the post snapped snd my $1,600 root canal popped out of my mouth and down the drain in the bathroom sink

@Bang5luts Did you have previous sensitivity with your gums?

A post? A root canal shouldn't involve a post, I don't think. I could be wrong, but I think a post relates to an implant. I think a root canal simply removes the root of the tooth.

I watched a documentary not too long ago, and the dentist was intending to remove the patient's teeth. He couldn't, because he couldn't numb him. His gums were severely infected. The numbing agent wouldn't suffice. He had to give him antibiotics for some time, and told him to come back. The patient was in far too much pain for him to continue.

Why didn't the numbing agent work for you?

@perceptivei Most pain medications do not work effectively on me. When they did my root canal, the removed my nerve, then they put in a post, then fill the hole where the nerve was

@Bang5luts Oh k. I don't know how they do root canals.

Why don't the meds help?
Bang5luts · M
@perceptivei I'm not totally sure. They take longer to start working and at times take more than usual or they don't work at all.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@Bang5luts The dentists never say why?
Bang5luts · M
@perceptivei no. I had two sets of adult and two sets of baby teeth..
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@Bang5luts Ah. Shark teeth?
