I'm horrible with remembering names.
For the 1st six months at work I kept calling "Dan," "Mike." 🤦‍♂️

I tend to just grunt or groan when greeted.

There are people at work though I have talked to many times and still cannot remember their names. I am too embarrassed to ask at this point.

Happens. A woman customer at the car lot where I worked was friendly enough but she always called me Pam.
