@RockerDad i know i honestly thought i was gonna die
@Beautyinbroken I worked in an ICU during the worst of COVID, and saw many patients in similar situation.
Beautyinbroken · 36-40, F
@RockerDad bless you 🌻💛
bijouxbroussard · F
No. And at this point I’m the only one I know who hasn’t.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@bijouxbroussard My friend too, his entire family tested positive with symptoms and he remained negative and without any symptoms. I think some people are less susceptible or not susceptible at all.
Heck even I myself had it only once thus far, and had multiple contacts with positives after which I got nothing (.. last famous words? 😬)

@Shybutwilling2bfriends @Elessar so sorry to you both..and sorry if it felt like i was making light out of it
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Gangstress Aw, all good
Sevendays · M
I've never had even though I've definitely been exposed. I'm fully vaccinated and I think it helped.

I can assure you they didn’t save any lives, you’ve been deceived.
They murdered so many in hospital with Remdesivir and madazolam.
Do your research 🧐

I am one of the few people who has never had Covid at this point in time. I took significant precautions for years, and some of those habits persist up until today. That helps, but luck obviously is part of it too.
GunFinger · F
Yes, in 2021 we all had it. First time.
No. I had the flu. Same thing.
@SmileOnYourBrother not the same thing.
@RockerDad You're right. There is a difference. One creates a panic and the other does not.
@SmileOnYourBrother if you did what I do for a living, and seen what I have seen, you’d think a lot differently.
TexChik · F
Yes. Once. My doctor gave me some Ivermectin tablets and told me to take some OTC supplements along with them. Five days later, I had no ill effects. I had a severe headache and low-grade fever on day one. On day two, I had no headache, but I was weak. Day 3, I felt much better. By day 5, I felt perfectly normal.
ElwoodBlues · M
Yep. Luckily I got it after I was vaccinated during the omicron wave, so it was just like an average flu. Whole vaccinated family of four got it then; all had flu-like symptoms.
ElwoodBlues · M
@Punches In 2021, the 75% of Americans fully vaccinated produced under 20% of the Covid deaths, while the 25% unvaccinated Americans produced over 80% of the Covid deaths.
In 2021, the 75% of Americans fully vaccinated produced under 31% of Covid cases; while the 25% unvaccinated Americans produced nearly 70% of Covid cases.
This means the US unvaccinated had a 5X higher chance of contracting Covid compared to the vaccinated per capita, and that overall the unvaccinated had about a 15X higher probability of Covid death per capita.
Sources and additional data at https://similarworlds.com/disease-illness/vaccines/4268857-Covid-Vaccine-effectiveness-data-from-the-US-2021
P.S.
In Jan 2022 I had a few folks on here predict I would be getting "vaccine aids" in six months (a year after vaccination). I'm still waiting. Other "vaccine aids" predictions pushed the event farther out. I'm still waiting.

@ElwoodBlues We were all supposed to be dead now after getting the "death jab", weren't we?
Dusty101 · F
My daughter and I never got it so far.
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
So many times.
@Fungirlmmm I'm so sorry to hear that 😘
gol979 · 41-45, M
Nope. Dont take a fraudulent test and you dont test "positive" for covid
gol979 · 41-45, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow chill out bud. I have a different opinion on "covid" than you. If we can all just drop the medical segregation, "vaccine" passports and all the other tyrannical actions next time a fake pandemic comes around we will get along much better
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@gol979 I am so sorry you feel offended that your choices actually have consequences. Grow up. You are not 3 years old.
gol979 · 41-45, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow oh jeez. Still with the "consequences". And such a big boy, i presume you are dishing out the "consequences"
And unlucky bud, i will never listen to anyone but myself about what goes into my body and if i want to wear a muzzle/mask or not. I know you dont like bodily autonomy/my body, my choice but you have to suck it up and act like the adult you claim to be.

You mean Flu? Lol
Not so far, but I'm being tested tomorrow. I'm in the hospital this week, and someone on my floor has it.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@WonderGirl Hope you are ok and get better soon.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Thank you. I woke up yesterday with the worst sore throat and upper respiratory congestion, but it's breaking up already. So hopefully, whatever it is, it's passing.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@WonderGirl Glad to hear you are feeling better.
PhoenixPhail · M
Nope. I would have had a greater chance of getting it had I been vaccinated for it, but I've never been vaccinated.
PhoenixPhail · M
No. I never took the "vaccine," so it's less likely I'm susceptible to any diseases.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@PhoenixPhail I see you fit the requirement of failing high school to be a Republican.
That is not how that works.
So tell me. When you get sick or injured do you go see a doctor or the farm supply store?

PhoenixPhail · M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I usually don't get sick or injured. But when I do, I go to the farm supply story.
Sojournersoul · M
Once and it was this year. Thought i was going to never get it.
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@Sojournersoul same here i was always so careful
Sojournersoul · M
@Shybutwilling2bfriends Me too.
beermeplease · M
i'm gonna say maybe...one time i felt a little "off" but nothing major. then my mom tested positive for it the day i put her in the hospital for smoking related issues. prior to that she was bedridden and didn't leave the apartment. she was living with me. in her final days at home i had to help her get in and out of bed, so it makes me think i gave it to her but i had no symptoms. but other than that i have not skipped a day of work due to a flu in over 30 years
FreeSpirit1 · F
Yes but it was no different than a cold. ive had the flu and it was worse, 2 days and i was fine
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
Twice. Not hard to deal with. Never missed a day's work. I remain unvaxed.
LadyBronte · 56-60, F
3 times. The first 2 were mild cases. The last time I had it though, it was more severe.
plasticpants02 · 70-79, M
tested positive once but i only had a runny nose for a couple days. got lucky i guess
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
Once was enough. My lungs are still not back to where they were in 2019.
Ambroseguy80 · 56-60, M
Yes. Just last winter for the first time.
Sapio · 51-55, M
Yes, 3 times.
KingofBones1 · 46-50, M
Twice and I beat it with a simple remedy vitamin c vitamin D3 and cod liver oil with plenty of hydration it amounted to nothing worse than a irritating morning chest cold
KingofBones1 · 46-50, M
@Jenny1234 and by the way thank you for asking big hugs
Jenny1234 · 56-60, F
@KingofBones1 I’m so worried about it
KingofBones1 · 46-50, M
@Jenny1234 worried about it or worried about me hun. Are you in Florida too? If you are I hope you are safe tonight and everything turned out okay
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Once, I think. I took one of those home tests and it came back VERY faintly positive. I called the doctor and she gave me a prescription. I didn't feel too bad, but I wasn't taking chances.
TheOneyouwerewarnedabout · 46-50, MVIP
ive had the flu..
not sure about any covid nonsense. never been tested
not sure about any covid nonsense. never been tested
3Dogmatic · 46-50, M
Never “had” covid, but I’ve got the antibodies. I guess I’m one of the fortunate ones. No vaccine either.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@3Dogmatic Sounds like somehow you were asymptomatic. Your body doesn't generate random antibodies for nothing. And if you haven't been vaccinated that is the only thing that makes sense.
3Dogmatic · 46-50, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Indeed. I chalk it up to being mostly feral as a kid.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
Twice (that I know of). 2nd time for me was worse - like a bad flu. My grandfather died of it as well as a coworker. Another coworker has long covid.
BizSuitStacy · M
A mild case prior to the vaxx coming out. I had a low grade fever and was tired for about 10 days. That was it.
Offthetop · 56-60, M
Once that I know of. I felt unwell a few times in the early days but no testing was available.
Corporalcolleague · 61-69, M
three times...once pre-vax and two post-vax....each time more annoying than debilitating...but I did have friends who were hospitalized and two who died from it....
olderuncle944 · 70-79, M
yes one time and after that i got last booster never want it again but i didnt end up in hospital
craig7 · 70-79, M
No,never got it at all - of course,I know a number of people who did.
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@craig7 hope you never do
robertsnj · 56-60, M
one time - i am up to date on vaccinations / wonder for those answered if they vaxed or not
Patriot96 · 56-60, C
Were you vaccinated
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
@Patriot96 We never were.
Patriot96 · 56-60, C
@Shybutwilling2bfriends so much for the lies we were told about the efficacy of the vaccines
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@Patriot96 yep
UndeadSona · F
Yeah at least once I got it after being pepper sprayed
UndeadSona · F
@Shybutwilling2bfriends yeah I was at work and got pepper sprayed
powernap · 56-60, M
@UndeadSona who sprayed you? LEO?
UndeadSona · F
@powernap some girls stealing TVs and baby clothes
Teslin · M

Teslin · M
@Shybutwilling2bfriends Have you had Covid ?
If yes, how many times ?
If yes, how many times ?
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@Teslin just once i dont want it again
Teslin · M
@Shybutwilling2bfriends No, I don't want it again either !
jehova · 31-35, M
A friend and i co-produced a video in late 2018 when it when viral in early 2019 we called it "co-vid" 19
BLP11520 · 61-69, M
They said I did but I had plenty of energy and no weird symptoms
SilkandLace2 · 46-50, M
Twice, 2019 and late 2020....
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@SilkandLace2 once was eough for me
SilkandLace2 · 46-50, M
@Shybutwilling2bfriends gosh you just got way into my head, I've had multiple health problems since that I've NEVER had before, i wonder could COVID be the cause?!
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
At least once. Maybe twice. It wasn't pleasant
Shybutwilling2bfriends · 61-69
@caPnAhab the worst for me was sore throat felt swallowing glass shards
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
@Shybutwilling2bfriends it seems everyone has or had different symptoms. The worst for me was feeling as though I got hit by a truck
ArishMell · 70-79, M
No.
Well, not knowingly..... That does not necessarily mean I was not infected at all.
Well, not knowingly..... That does not necessarily mean I was not infected at all.
Pherick · 41-45, M
Offically just once. Though well after the pandemic.
Once for sure, hit me hard enough to show up at the emergency room. But I don't know since.
RSquared · 61-69, M
No, I've been fortunate in that regard.
kodiac · 22-25, M
No covid no vax .
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@kodiac Polio and measles are making a comeback because of this kind of brain dead thinking.
kodiac · 22-25, M
🐑@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Well maybe you'll be lucky enough to get both
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@kodiac I won't because I understand basic science and don't seek medical treatment and prevention based on vibes and feelings.
And well if child mortality rates go up you can take pride in being partly responsible for that.
