College is hard!!

In 23 and in my 3rd year of college at university online while I work full time. It’s hard. Not to mention I’m also in a book club and doing personal training. My grades are suffering. Currently got an A, 2 B’s, and a D😞

For a load like that you are carrying, your grades are not bad at all. The D needs some work obviously. Can you drop that class and pick it up another quarter or semester? Hang in there. I admire your hard work. :)
You need to focus on your education. It may require changes and sacrifice but it is probably in your best interests.

You don't say what your major is, but your plate may be too overly full. I say that as one who worked 2-3 part-time jobs while carrying a full load of in person classes and being actively involved in a number of extra curricular activities. As a journalism major, I've always maintained that I learned more outside the classroom than in -- at that is only partly hyperbole -- but my grades suffered, including being on academic probation for a semester. If your major is science related, it is even a bigger challenge. Is the book club really important at this stage in your life, or something that can be postponed? Exercise is important for health, energy, and mind clearing, but do you need a full-blown personal training program at this time?

It's about finding a balance of what you need and what you can afford to give. Also, knowing your interests in your studies. You may have to let some go, but choose wisely, know what subjects really draw you, what you need, and how much you need just for yourself. Ie, book club and the personal training. Ask yourself, what do they give you and can you sacrifice some to better your grades?

The D is a bit worrysome, but otherwise you seem to be doing fine.
If I was in your situation, I would try to take classes on a pass/fail basis so that there would be no need to worry about grades. I feel pass/fail would be less stressful for myself.

I would drop the book club, and spend that time bringing the D up. Talk to the professor and ask him what you can do to improve your grade.

Can’t be easy. I work full time while also going to school online and I can barely find the time to do anything.

Sounds like you need a good spanking for those grades in college young lady
What are you studying?
